We invite all current and past members, players, friends and family to celebrate the season at the Eastern Raiders Presentation Day and AGM.

Finger Food will be provided (and the bar will be open for drinks purchases)

Presentation Day - in addition to the team awards, there will be the Club Service Award, On Diamond Award, Trevethan Junior Service Award, Life Membership - nominations for these awards are accepted by the Committee until 17-Mar-2025: enquiries@easternraiders.org.au

Raiders AGM - the purpose of the meeting is to confirm the minutes of the previous annual general meeting, to receive and consider the annual report and the financial statements and to elect the members of the Committee. All Committee positions will be declared open and any eligible member of the club over the age of 18 is invited to nominate for the positions of President, Vice President, Registrar, Treasurer, Secretary or General Committee.

If you would like to know more about the committee roles or feel that you can help the club in any way please reach out to any committee member (contact info on website). Being involved doesn’t have to take a lot of your time and you don’t necessarily need to be on the committee to help out. There are all sorts of tasks to be completed and many skillsets which would be useful to the club (from grounds maintenance/gardening skills, accounting, graphic artwork, grant writing, fundraising and generally pitching in to coaching, scoring and umpiring).
