Umpire and Duty Day Roster 2013-14
Waverley Softball Association (WSA), after consultation with their Canteen Manager, has decided to discontinue the practice of rostering club volunteers onto canteen duty on summer competition Saturdays, effective immediately.
Our club is required to provide plate and line umpires for the Primary B and Division 3 games.

We also have been allocated three (3) club duty days in which we would usually call for volunteers, so in essence canteen duty has now been replaced with a club duty days.
Our first club duty day is on Saturday 16 November and starts at 8.30am with a finish of 6.00pm.
For those allocated to a duty day timeslot, please see the attached ‘WSA Duty Day Requirements‘ document to understand what is required on the day.
Now this is where we get bossy – please read carefully.
Please familiarise yourself with the updated roster, as your allocated umpire or duty day timeslot may have changed.
If you cannot do that time/date then swap with another person by speaking with them whilst you are at the ground, to organise the change well in advance!
Communicating with other members is the key. A no show is not a good idea, as the club can be penalised by WSA by having their game(s) at that timeslot cancelled.
