Registration and uniform information – please read
If you missed Registration Day our on-line registration will open for business from Monday 2 September 2013. It is under the Competition menu above.
Please read below to catch up on a few housekeeping matters regarding registration and purchasing uniform items.
Softball Victoria have increased their fees, unfortunately the ERSC committee has had to pass this increase onto our members.
|Season Fees 2013-14|
|Open 1 and Open 2||$260|
|Open 3 and Open 4||$235|
|Division 1 and 2||$165|
|T Ball/Batter up||$50|
Everyone has to register – players, coaches, administrators and scorers
Please ensure you register for this coming season. This means either completing a paper registration form which you can obtain from a committee person at pre-season training or you may complete the form on-line. An iPad will be available at each pre-season training for you to use. This ensures contact details for all our members are accurate and up to date.
Minimum fee payment
To assist club administration a minimum payment is being requested at the time you register. This will be $100 for senior players and $75 for junior players. The committee will provide internet banking facilities (via an iPad) at pre-season training to ensure a minimum payment can be processed.
Uniform purchases payment
The club is moving to a “pay on order or on pick up” for all uniform items. This will help meet the outgoing costs to our suppliers for the uniform orders and also help to reduce the workload for committee members who have to follow up players that do not pay for the item when they receive it.
If you choose to register on-line we would appreciate you paying your season fees or the minimum amount of $100 for seniors or $75 for juniors via direct deposit following your on-line registration.
Our banking details are as follows:
BSB: 633 000
Direct deposits must be followed up with an email to our treasurer advising her of the details of your deposit.
Thank you for reading this post. Please support our new committee and their efforts to administer the best club in Victoria.
